Sam Albury

Hello!

I am Sam Albury, a senior at Southside High School in Greenville, South Carolina. This is my website. Its name, ΔSanity, references the feeling of going insane when a project keeps not working the way I expect it too. Learning to deal with this feeling is often the deciding factor between a successful and unsuccessful project.

The most we can hope for is happiness. I derive mine from through intellectual stimulation. From reading Foucault's Pendulum, or repairing a vacuum pump, the opportunities to achieve this are endless. Right now, in addition to my ongoing research into oil dispersants, I am reading Pynchon's V., experimenting with cryptography, and playing with syllabic poetry.

On the left is a video I made discussing the Beeswax Oil Dispersant Project.
